Shipping & Delivery
Shipping method is standard FedEx Ground unless a different shipping method is chosen at checkout. Due to the nature of products offered, products may take 3-5 or more business days to ship at most. If you have questions in regards to shipping times, please give us a call for updates 334-219-2333. Shipping amount provided online is an estimate and actual costs may vary. In some cases the online shipping calculator may not accurately estimate shipping.  In the event a difference in shipping is found the Motobilt, Inc staff will contact you to advise of the shipping or freight charge difference. If we can not contact you we will void the order until we are able to make contact. Larger items requiring freight shipping can not be calculated online.
Privacy & Security
At Motobilt, we make every attempt to protect your personal information. We have fraud prevention services and will never use your personal information for anyting other than contacting you. If you have any questions, please call 334-219-2333.
Returns & Replacements

All product returns/exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns/exchanges are subject to inspection. Returned/exchanged items must be in new condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please contact us prior to returning or sending product for exchange. All returned/exchange boxes must have the invoice number clearly marked on the outside of the box or a copy of the invoice inside.  Any returns/exchanges made without the necessary information to clearly identify the sender will be held for 15 days and then returned to stock.  All returns will be in the form of a check within 15 days of processing. Exchanges will be processed within one week and are subject to availability.

Incorrect orders and/or damaged shipments must be reported to Motobilt, Inc. within 2 business days. If an item is missing or damaged call Motobilt, Inc. as soon as possible. Motobilt, Inc can be reached by phone at 334-699-6300 or by email on our contact page.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Cancellation of orders can occur for a few reasons.  Motobilt, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any order based on incorrect pricing and/or shipping calculation on the website.  In this case we will attempt to contact the buyer to give notice of the pricing changes or changes to the estimated shipping.  If not contact can be made the order will be cancelled until the buyer makes contact.  We also reserve the right to cancel any order which raises fraud concerns.  In this case we will also make every effort to contact the customer.  If the BUYER (customer) wants to cancel an order it must be done before the order is processed and shipped.  Once the order ships the order can not be cancelled.  It then falls under the terms of returning an item/order.

Warranty is only implied on a per item basis and if an item has a warranty it will be noted in the product description. Items Motobilt, Inc purchases from other suppliers only extends the manufacturer's warranty when applicable and the buyer should contact the manufacturer in the event an item needs to warranty repair or replacement.
