Project Hooligan is a 2024 392 JLU on 40” Mickey Thompson Baja Boss MT’s that looks just as as good as it performs. With a fire breathing V-8, power seats, power retractable top, lockers, and a full RockKrawler suspension, this beast is ready for anything.
